i can't, all i can say that i have a pretty sweet life and outside of some intellectual and armchair sympathizing i don't really give a shit about people i don't know or see

If you were an all-powerful being that had perfect knowledge of everything worth knowing, would you have knowledge of the world we live in? There are certain things which would not be worth knowing, like a universe in which the only experience was excruciating pain. Our universe on the other hand, is worth having knowledge of, on the whole it is a Good thing to know about.

What strikes me as odd is that pro-natalists often overlap with nationalism, which on the surface makes sense (our nation is da best so we must multiply as fast as possible so there are more of us like ants), but it seems to fall flat when you see that the countries that are actually doing that are all third world shitholes.
So, let me get this straight, we white blonde Germans are the best, and we have decided 2 kids per family is enough, but thirdworlders with no access to drinking water that smear their walls with cowshit have 9 kids, we must act more like them?
Hard sell for me.
It's even weirder when they try to paint having kids as some kind of noble struggle and a societal responsibility when for the last 100 years or so the messaging has been non-stop talk about individualism and personal responsibility, and still is in every aspect other than this. Pick a lane.

It's better to exist than not, because lack of existence is merely a lack of quality, an Absence, and true Absences don't exist and offer therefore no true comparatives to Existences. CQFD
