The most entertaining thing to do would be to flood an ancient civilization with drugs like meth or heroin and see how they handle it or collapse. the boring answer is that I would start traveling forward incrementally. I would see how the winds are changing to avoid going too far and ending up in a hellscape that would kill me immediately
if technology kept progressing, I would make myself virtually immortal and then I would travel back in time, buy a bunch of bitcoin, then go back to my old life, which I enjoy a lot
