Probably more right wing, make of that what you will. Nazism and WW2 would probably not happen (or be a lot less genocidal), so probably more jews, eastern europeans and germans to go around. Germany and the western allies may or may not reconcile eventually. If no, a cold war happens that will likely continue for a whle (neither faction will collapse economically like the USSR did). Decolonization might take longer because no communists to arm the independence movements, but will probably happen eventually.

This is far from guaranteed though. It is often claimed that europe became left wing because of the horrors of nazism, but the exact same happened to the morally clean victors of WW2. Some people on the internet ascribe to some kind of german exceptionalism, that would keep germany or a german dominated europe right wing unlike anglo-americans or an american-dominated west. I don't think so, I think a WW1-winning germany would have become left wing eventually all the same.
