If one accepts that Hitler and members of his circle successfully escaped to South America, the U.S. government was aware of this, and yet colluded with the media to push the narrative that he died in his bunker, what does that tell you about his legitimacy as the historical figure he is portrayed as for "both" sides of the political divide?
