>most popular president in U.S history was a socialist dictator
>in a country that’s autistically anti socialist and all about “ muh freedom “
Explain Yankees

You have no idea what it's like to starve. You have no idea what it's like to grow up in the ghetto. Ideology falls by the wayside real fucking quick, let me tell you. Plus "SOCIALISM" wasn't the bogeyman in 1932 that it is today.

The US was never anti socialist. They were pro-socialism for White people only.

Lincoln is the most popular president

He wasn't a socialist, he had a mixed economy.

He saved the union.

How come southerners love socialism so much?

>Explain Yankees
Yankees are nationalist whigs that only care about power and finance, they're "jews". Every country has a nationalist faction usually centering around germanic descendants. They're basically warlike grugs

Because he was acknowledging the south got buttfucked by the civil war and decided to build some infrastructure down there and show it some love. But I'm pretty sure he just treated it like a slush fund and spent most of the money on researching a nuke

He was also the reason it was at risk to begin with.
If you love him for ending slavery, fair enough, but don't pretend to give him credit for solving a crisis he himself created.

I actually do think it's good that we moved on from slavery. I wish he lived on and we deported all of the blacks though.

What's funny is it was the south that wanted to deport blacks. The north shit down the idea of black deportation because some crazed Presbyterians started to worship blacks in the 1830's

The black worship is insane dude. It's part of the reason I'm so radical now.

It's fine if you don't care that somebody is black, but don't start paying blacks to be around you like servants
Anonymous No.17872719 [Report]

And yes that's what the Presbyterians did

This. Few understand this, but once you do, most of American history makes sense. We don't use the word, traditionally, socialist/socialism though--- we call it Jeffersonian/Jacksonian Democracy or populism.

>>17872698
But some of the most well known nationalist whigs were southerners.

>>17872706
He was never going to deport them because the North didn't support it. Lincoln's deportationism emerged from his Upland South background, but the northerners were against deportation at that point.

Idealogy doesn’t matter when you are literally starving and real unemployment is close to 50%. The Works progress administration in particular gave people jobs who had literally no other options

The idea that America was founded as a capitalist paradise is a revisionist myth. Alexander Hamilton was a protectionist who opposed free trade policies and Thomas Jefferson viewed industrial wage labor as tyranny and he instead believed people should live off the land like hippies.
Anonymous No.17872916 [Report]
>>17872869
If you take Jefferson's and Hamilton's viewpoints and then meld them together, the logical conclusion is protectionist market socialism.
