Renovating Berlin was a dumb idea and he should built an entirely new city somewhere else. Knowledge of eugenics was mediocre but to be fair the field was in its infancy

His foreign policy was pretty good up until Poland where he bit off more than he could chew. He really should have realised the political climate at the time and backed off. Eventually Danzig would have gone to the Germans but he was probably in a hurry to start war with the Soviet Union. Anti-animal cruelty laws were good
