If God does something or chooses to let something be because it is necessary and he knows that it is necessary in some way that he prolong or keep something until a later time instead of whenever he wills, then he is limited and not omniscient

ugh. I want to answer this but those o words aren't quoted exactly. You should ask it better instead of reminding be of the stone when people used to say that so I'll just say that God is God all by himself.
