Almost certainly not, he has a quote saying that when he was 5 he gave up on Christianity, thinking it was nonsense. That pretty much precludes you from going to heaven unless you subscribe to the notion that everyone who has at any point believed, even if only when they were like 3 years old, gets to go, but that might mean that the reason of Hitler in heaven is literally baby Hitler.

The only people who are absolutely going to Heaven are members of the Church Pilgrim. Other than that, it's impossible to tell who goes to Heaven.
