The teachings of the Indo-Aryans are present in the Vedic religions, but I believe Buddhism is the best of these because of the teaching of emptiness and no self or "anatman" and the emphasis on compassion particularly in Mahayana Buddhism.

I'm sure the scriptures listed are very interesting, I have read parts of the Avesta and while one short book I got was very interesting, seemingly cherry picking theological sections (the translation by Pablo Vasquez), I bought another three books and started reading the Vendidad and it was all legalistic rules for punishments for stuff like having your period or handling corpses. The latter was not fun reading but sheds some light on how they thought and how it influenced later Greek, Christian, Muslim thinking.
