the thing is, the trauma of rape has multiple layers
there's the violation of your intimacy, the same disgusting feeling you would get if someone broke into your house. that feeling would probably be worse than whatever material possession they stole from you
then there's the violation of your autonomy, which is similarly worse than the act itself. it should enrage you. much more than the fact that someone inserted a piece of meat in one of your orifices
then there's the social stigma. I'm not even necessarily talking about backwards societies that blame you for your own rape; even just being a "victim", someone who people pity and whisper about, is bad enough
now, perhaps if we lived in a more sex positive society that didn't demonize sex to such an extent the last point would be slightly alleviated; but it would still be a terrible violation of intimacy and autonomy

Women's lives are in danger, and they are being made to feel unsafe. No girl should feel unsafe in her home.

Rape seems a bit like assault and battery.
If someone stabs you and stomps on you a bunch they should go to prison. If a group of people all beat the fuck out of you they should go to prison.
Rape is kind of similar, it makes someone completely powerless physically, usually it hurts because of the forced insertion, if they get pregnant they have to deal with a heavy burden of either childbirth or abortion, and the act itself is a deeply degrading experience that destroys the self worth and dignity of the person getting raped.

However, some people who have never known hardship and are privileged assholes have a lot to gain from a traumatic beating, or getting harassed. Watching a dickwad on youtube who interviews people in public and asks them stupid questions deserves to get slammed. The general public used to self police like this much more often than they do now.

Is there anyone who deserves to get raped? Pdfs in jail? Yeah probably. Women who are exclusively evil to men, wear revealing outfits to distract them anywhere in public? But today women tend to fear for their lives in public if they're attractive at least where I live, they get approached by strangers who act cringey and retarded near them at least once a week if not more than that. And they're afraid to wear headphones as well because it makes them less aware of their surroundings.

But they don't want to dress modestly either they want to attract positive attention from the few people that matter to them (Chad, their boss, their coworkers).

Idk. I don't see any scenario where rape is deserved except evil people in jail that deserve worse. If it builds character I'd like to know how that works seems like to just traumatizes and paralyzes the average woman.
