Can someone answer this?
>God is Omnipotent and Omnibenevolent.
so can god can do anything? and opposes evil and suffering?
>Yes.
ok, so why does bad happen?
>Oh that's simple, Bad things happen due to free will. God allows free will to make good have meaning.
Oh ok, but is he really omnipotent? Could he make a rock so heavy he couldn't lift it?
>No, because that wouldn't follow logic. It's a paradox. He can't make a square circle.
so he isn't omnipotent.
>No... He just... well... God is not bound by mortal logic, and could make a rock so heavy he can't lift and lift it. Satisfied?
so god could create a world where good has meaning, there is free will, and no evil exists, because a paradox is nothing to him, right? Why isn't that the way the world is?
>....
>Enjoy Hell.

>You know, (religious scholar no one has ever heard) answered this! Here's the link!
>(a longwinded "Argument" that doesn't address this at all.)

The only real answer is that whoever created this world does not care about suffering. In fact, suffering seems to be the driver of all motion. All things tend to equilibrium, and all of the complex objects and systems that arise are a way to speed up the process of entropy. Your entire purpose as a person is simply the universe trying to end the nightmare of existence faster.

it's even funnier because free will is outright denied in the bible

evangelicals made up the free will cope/deflection because this simple logic experiment absolutely demolishes the jewgod cult

I am an atheist, but this is bad logic.
>Oh ok, but is he really omnipotent? Could he make a rock so heavy he couldn't lift it?

>>No... He just... well... God is not bound by mortal logic, and could make a rock so heavy he can't lift and lift it. Satisfied?

This is a crazy strawman. Omnipotence basically boils down to the ability to do anything. A logical contradiction (ie creating a rock so heavy God can't lift it) is not a thing. It's like asking God to find the square root of yellow. That just doesn't mean anything.
