How do Christians do it? How do they preach the Gospel with a straight face to others while knowing about the hundreds of contradictions in the Bible and fake stories like Noah's Ark?

I could never become a Christian because I couldn't lie to people or try to defend this pic.

There are no contradictions in the Bible. By disrespecting Genesis you are disrespecting Noah, Terach, Adam, and others. Don't disrespect the Gospel in general.
