What are theological differences between Muslim and Christian? One believes Allah is God, the other believes Jesus is God, but what's the big deal? Aren't they the same all-powerful God just with different names? Why does one religion say their God is better and the other doesn't?

Their metaphysics is largely the same, their axiom is radically different and mostly culture related.

The Muslim God is the same as the Christian God. The difference is Muslims believe that Jesus was just one of many other Prophets which included Mohammad and Christians believe Jesus is the Son of God.

Christians say God is three persons, one of them is a human who was birthed by a woman, apparently being the Son of another of those person. They are all God, but aren't each other

Muslims do not believe in original sin, and think everyone is born free of sin.
