Did european colonization and settlement mess up less civilized people?
In star trek there's something called the prime detective. It's where your not suppossed to help less developed cultures bc it can backfire. A stone age society cannot handle firearms much less lasers and nuclear bombs.

Do you think european colonization was a mistake and ruined less advanced socities? Socities that cannot handle the modern world? Imagine if mexico or Sudan or Afghanistan never had access to banks or modern chemical factories or machine guns. Did the white man make a mistake thinking he could help his darker brothers and sisters? Would earth be better off if less advanced socities never had access to modern tech and medicine and weaponry?

"Stone age"
Mesoamerica was at bronze age not stone age, there were cities as big as the greatest ones from the iron age.
Teotihuacan, Tenochtitlan and El mirador: 100,000-200,000 people
Tikal:100,000
Calakmul: 100,000
Now, that logic its stupid.
The same could be said of the asians who were the ones to carry the gun powder and fire arms to europe, literally every culture in eurasia had been sharing their knowledge since the start of civilization.

yeah, they ruined mesoamerica for sure. They had the most kino civilization aesthetics of all time imo entirely due to their independence of thought. Now I study this and I'm like "get this fucking Eurofag shit out of my precious mesoamerica. Don't like the sacrifices? Fuck off back west, moralfags, you wouldn't get it." Now it's literally over, the crazy kino art and writing and rad pictorial traditions continued for like 3/4 of a century and then died with the indigenous population. In the words of an angry robot, I feel like I'm in hell looking at heaven, when I study this stuff.

same thing up north, brutal but amazing otherworldly rituals like the mandan okipa ceremony got snuffed out. It's no fun anymore, nobody's allowed to be human.

Based. I'll let the somalis and Arabs in Europe know Europeans were violent in the past so it's okay to flood their countries.

I heard an analogy to buildings. There are remote parts of Africa where people live in huts made out of mud and straw. Looks primitive. But you go inside, it's actually kind of nice in there, it keeps you cool when you don't have air conditioning. Then you take a guard with an AK-47 and stick him inside a guard post made out of concrete and sheet metal, well that doesn't very work very well if he doesn't air conditioning.

Of course there are cities in Africa with electricity. But it's just an analogy about transplanting a European-style system to a different place. When the Europeans arrived, they built stuff in the European method, and then when they left, that stuff fell to pieces. It's not because the Europeans are better, although yes they were more technologically advanced, but it's also just a different way of doing things.

>Imagine if mexico or Sudan or Afghanistan

None of those places were stone age societies.
The Aztecs were a deceptively sophisticated bronze age society, and Sudan (and to a lesser extent Afghanistan) had been a province of several empires on-and-off for basically forever. None of these people were, or are, cavemen; they're all some spectrum of peasant farmer, perfectly familiar with society.

Now if you were talking about actual uncontacted people, who've lived a stoneage lifestyle for literally forever: 'modern global society' already agrees that they shouldn't be touched, should be left alone, and that if they do want access to modernity it should come on their own terms as they see fit. Modern society is typically extremely traumatic to them and functionally destroys their society and ability to retain homoestasis.
A lot of them live a mesolithic lifestyle: hunting, fishing, gardening, clothing, actual huts, etc.. And these cultures can 'sometimes' adapt and carry on something resembling normalcy. Some uncontacted people however literally live as our Homo Erectus ancestors did: no clothing, no gardening, grass nest, with a material culture of maybe 5-6 items, and cannot handle anything resembling modernity. At all. They're basically talking animals, their needs and rights are more in line with great apes: they need to be protected from loggers and miners who shoot them at their convenience.

Actual cavemane-type primitive peoples often have some of the healthiest, thickest, looking hair and clearest skin I've ever seen on a person. Which completely astounds me, but maybe covering yourself in mud for most hours of the day and making up 85% of your diet in "random animal" is truly what the human body needs.

The Andes was Kinoverload to be frank. If it weren't for the plagues, the Spainiards would have been ran out by 1570 and turned into skin drums.

They also spend large times of their day doing nothing. And I don't mean like talking or anything. Just doing nothing.
Not that there is anything wrong with that.

I mean I think killing off like 90% of them via disease and conquest was the problem not giving them guns.

Of course it did

They were living sustainably in their own habitats

Then you steal, genocide, rape, traumatize and force them to live in capitalist slavery (after you put in jewish central banks of course)
