So is Hell really forever?

If I died without repenting and went to hell, then Can’t I just go to heaven just by repenting in hell?

What happened to Adam & Eve who didn't repent nor believed in Jesus Christ because he wasn't born yet? Luke 16:19-3 said Adam and Eve are in purgatory aka Abraham's bosom. But Purgatory is in Hell. correct?

1 Peter 3:18-20 and 1 Peter 4:6 said, Jesus went to hell, and then ascended back to Earth and then ascended to heaven. How do you explain that?

the way it was explained to me is that Hell is outside the concept of time, so when jesus dies on the cross he goes there and preaches
in a sense to everyone that would ever be there before and after his life

Don't worry, Christianity isn't true (all religions are false, actually)

If you don't believe go and read how religious ideas develop over time, how different religions contaminate each other

And over all, how the Bible has been written and change, and all the contradictions it contains

Most believers arguments for the existence of a god are circular, inmoral, or by using they destroy their own religion trying to do a failed point

It's not that obvious unless you investigate about it
Things like cognitive biases (apologetics basically
It's not true, but you can investigate if that calm you a little

Good luck!

You must repent before you die. There is a possibility you can escape hell, but I wouldn't test it.

If God is all loving, why his love ends after death?
Why there's no opportunity for redemption after death?
If God is all loving, how any crime can make you obtain eternal punishment?

How a finite action/behavior can have any influence against an infinite result?

What happens to those who never heard about Christianity?
What happens to those who Christianity was not presented in a meaningful way?
What happens to those who due to a bad experience decided to abandon Christianity due to others people actions?
What happens to those people who discover the flaws in the scriptures and the traditions, and decided to don't believe anymore?
What happens to those who were instructed in other beliefs and were teach that Christianity is wrong?
What happens to those who were at 10 minutes to convert and accept Jesus as they Lord and Savior, but died before that happens?

Did you though about this kind of questions?
I'm sure the believer common answer is "God would know", but you're not addressing the question, because it's a inconsistency

When the Jews sin, God send to them a prophet to communicate the 10 commandments
When others civilizations sin, God commands their destruction

What happened with all the civilizations who never heard about Yahweh?
In what part of the evolution we started to go to heaven? Evolution is not a "great jump", evolution are micro changes, we reach a point where 2 creatures are undeniably different and we called different species

What happened with the proto-homo sapiens sapiens? Did they went to heaven? Are they in hell?

Please, don't being an apologist, abandon superstition, it leads you to anywhere

It's not wrong don't know the answer, but the answer certainly it's not in any book nor any tradition

Please, live your life without chains

It's true that saying "God would know" is an inconsistency, but at the end of the day, it's the best answer we have. Only God truly knows, and it is sinful to try and peer into the mind of God.

The snake dude going to heaven is proof that no. No its not.
Eternal hellfire for finite sin is not biblical.

It's not the best answer, religions born due to superstition and lack of knowledge

"God would know" it's a god of gaps

You say it, we can't know God, but hey! Here are his characteristics

I know Yahweh does not exists the same way you know fairies does not exist

It's a matter of Burden of Proof, this means when you do a claim you have to prove it otherwise it's invalid

This way we know Quetzalcóatl doesn't exists, we don't have proof of her existence
That also applies to Odin, Thor, Loki, and Fenrir
Applies to Ashura, Shiva, and Vishna
Applies to Zeus, Era, Hades, Poseidon, and Hermes
Applies to Jupiter, Venus, and Victoria
Applies to Faires, Unicorns, Minotaurs
And so on

It also applies to Yahweh, the Jewish God
It also applies to Allah, the Islamic God
It also applies to simply "God", the Christian version of Yahweh

All arguments are circular arguments or special pleadings

That means, or god exists because the bible says so, and bible was written by God
All exist therefore something, which a prefer to believe it's God, and not another god, or 2 gods, or 3 gods, or 10, or a 100, or 1000 gods, or an unlisted amount of gods

There are no sins
There are no gods
There are holy scriptures nor holy traditions

All beliefs can be track through history to other religions
It's easy to check how a religion has changed over time to fit society
It's easy to check how the Bible has changed over time, adding things, eliminating things, modifying things, stealing things, miss translating things

And it's not the end of the universe
We still have morals

"All prophecies were fulfilled"
The prophecies are or so ambiguous that are easy to accomplish or are post factual or interpreted out of context

"But where all in existence come from then?"

I don't know, but claim knowing how everything begun is straight up ignorance, this life is all we got
Anonymous No.17928881 [Report]
Actually, my last comment is unverifiable

I don't know if there is or there is not something after death or even before life

We can't know since it's unverifiable

Claim that there's something comes with the Burden of Proof

The only honest position is just "I don't know"

Fuck no. Go through the process of improving yourself through actual work and sacrifice. Anyone can repent and feel bad when about to die but when they are fine all over again, will they really mesh well with the rest who did actually do the work to improve?
Imagine sharing life with the cuntiest, most difficult person you know because they said "boo hoo I feel bad in this particular time in my life" and they were let in to Heaven just like that? The reality is you would see them revert to their shitty nature the moment they feel good. Fuck that. Put in the work on your person to improve.
Enough with the blanket mercies and forgiveness. Some of us get too much on our plates already.

something outside time is therefore eternal and incapable of auction
If you take Christian dogma to its logical end nothing happens in heaven or hell but to be frozen in one state for eternity
You don’t praise God and then shift to talking to the saints and then to x other thing… you’re frozen in a singular moment of praise forever (and likewise for hell)

Though the simple fact is that if something is outside effectively the rest of reality it is outside the causal link linking the rest of the reality, which means there is nothing linking beings to heaven or hell.

(I should add, in the Christian system, religions that aren’t substance dualist don’t have this issue, like Buddhist hell is logically consistent…)

This blanket denial of all spiritual beliefs is moronic
You preach nihilism and endless self worship and then call yourself wise?

Annihilationism is actually a legitimate and biblical idea. It's hard to say whether people burn forever or they just get painfully destroyed but after studying the subject, I think Annihilationism the correct view.

The 2nd step is craft your own meaning
