Suppose someone decides to steal. He does it out of greed.
He developes this greedines beacuse of various reasons.
If he decides to act uppon it is his decision. He can lie to himself and justifie it in his mind. Why did he do that because he is weak.
What i am trying to say is, are evil people just weak. Is it ok to hate evil people. Or is there something i dont see.

Evil is often strength used for shitty purposes. A thief might be weak to temptation, but a tyrant? A murderer? They are strong and determined to hurt others. Weakness explains some evil, but real monsters choose cruelty with full conviction. Don't pretend they are just little guys. They know what they are doing.
