Historically, how did blacks evolve to a point where gender dimorphism is almost non-existent?

I’ve always wondered about this. Why are the males and females so sexually similar?

All races have dimorphism. Black women have curvy bodies, while black men are lean with broad shoulders.

Black women and men have about equal amounts of testosterone. The men are actually below average, while the "women" are well above, just like female hyenas.

A Japanese(?) scientist actually proved this in the Lab and was cancelled immediately.

There are the occasional petite women, or man with a proper beard, but it's rare so they just sort of converge in the middle and because there is no difference in hair and eye color, all that's left is fat distribution to the tits and ass, or gut.
