How do you literally rape someone to death though?
Was it like a "goosh goosh" kind of thing and if so where did they go to specifically find a guy like that to do the raping?
Or do they just rape with a giant wooden pole?

The anecdote was misinterpreted by the retard who wrote the Wiki article, no sources or academics claim he was supposed to be raped to death.
Sporus was meant to play the role of Persephone in a stage play that was part of the pre-game entertainment at the gladiator games. It's unlikely that it'd have featured actual sex, probably a more symbolic ravishment just like when other mythological rapes are portrayed in play, and even less likely to have featured his actual death. It was meant as a humiliation ritual for the former "Empress" to be displayed in a lewd circus show, with probably a scene where he's stripped naked as he's struggling so everyone can have a good laugh at the castrated faggot, so he did the usual tranny thing and killed himself before he could be subjected to that.

Find me one historian who claims Sporus was meant to die during that stage play, then.
The only debatable thing is whether the play would have included actual assrape.

I dunno why the idea is so hard for you. Sporus did not write so we cannot know of his own thoughts on the matter. We can only know of how other people saw him.
Imagine if in 2000 years the only surviving record of your existence is a dairy kept by your neighbour, in which your neighbour constantly refers to you as "that sissy from next door". Would it be right for a historian after reading to conclude with 100% accuracy and zero doubt that YOU considered YOURSELF to be a sissy?
Obviously not, your neighbour's writings would only reflect his views and perceptions, and it's the same with those who wrote about sporus.

Just read the references yourself? There's like 2-3 pages tops

Plutarch:
[Nymphidius] took to himself sole credit for the overthrow of Nero, and thinking himself insufficiently rewarded for this by the honours and wealth which he enjoyed, and by the company of Sporus, Nero's favourite (whom he had sent for at once, while Nero's body was yet burning on its pyre, and treated as his consort, and addressed by the name of Poppaea), he aspired to the succession of the empire.
Suetonius:
[Nero] castrated the boy Sporus and actually tried to make a woman of him; and he married him with all the usual ceremonies, including a dowry and a bridal veil, took him to his house attended by a great throng, and treated him as his wife. And the witty jest that someone made is still current, that it would have been well for the world if Nero's father Domitius had had that kind of wife. This Sporus, decked out with the finery of the empresses and riding in a litter, he took with him to the assizes and marts of Greece, and later at Rome through the Street of the Images, fondly kissing him from time to time.
As [Nero] was taking the auspices, Sporus made him a present of a ring with a stone on which was engraved the rape of Proserpina.
[Nero] mounted a horse with only four attendants, one of whom was Sporus.
Now [Nero] would beg Sporus to begin to lament and wail, and now entreat someone to help him take his life by setting him the example

Dio:
Later [Nero] caused a boy of the freedmen, whom he used to call Sporus, to be castrated, since he, too, resembled Sabina, and he used him in every way like a wife. In due time, though already "married" to Pythagoras, a freedman, he formally "married" Sporus, and assigned the boy a regular dowry according to contract; and the Romans as well as others publicly celebrated their wedding. While Nero had Sporus, the eunuch, as a wife, one of his associates in Rome, who had made a study of philosophy, on being asked whether the marriage and cohabitation in question met with his approval, replied: "You do well, Caesar, to seek the company of such wives. Would that your father had had the same ambition and had lived with a similar consort!"
Polycleitus and Calvia Crispinilla, apart from Nero, plundered, sacked and despoiled everything that it was possible to pillage. The former was associated with Helius at Rome, and the latter with the "Sabina" who was known as Sporus. Calvia had been entrusted with the care of the boy and with the oversight of the wardrobe, though a woman and of high rank; and through her all were stripped of their possessions.
Now Nero called Sporus "Sabina" not merely because, owing to his resemblance to her he had been made a eunuch, but because the boy, like the mistress, had been solemnly married to him in Greece, Tigellinus giving the bride away, as the law ordained. All the Greeks held a celebration in honour of their marriage, uttering all the customary good wishes, even to the extent of praying that legitimate children might be born to them. After that Nero had two bedfellows at once, Pythagoras to play the rôle of husband to him, and Sporus that of wife. The latter, in addition to other forms of address, was termed "lady," "queen," and "mistress."
[Nero] rode while it was yet night towards an estate of Phaon, an imperial freedman, in company with Phaon himself, Epaphroditus and Sporus.

Zoronas: And when they refused, [Nero] uttered a loud groan. Then, wishing to destroy Sporus and being unable to do so, he said.
Joann. Antioch: Afterwards [Nero] desired to kill Sporus, but failing of his purpose, owing to the other's flight, he then said.
For there were several circumstances, such as [Otho’s] restoration of the images of those under accusation, his life and habits, his intimacy with Sporus and his keeping in his service the rest of Nero's favourites, that alarmed everybody.
In the course of these it was proposed that Sporus should be brought on to the stage in the rôle of a maiden being ravished, but he would not endure the shame and committed suicide beforehand.
Chrys (though these lines do not mention Sporus by name, and it’s written as a dialogue, so ‘Int.’ is Chrys’ conversation partner):
Take Nero for instance: we all know how in our own time that he not only castrated the youth whom he loved, but also changed his name for a woman's,
Int. And what was the woman's name which he gave to the eunuch?
Chrys. What concern of yours is that? At any rate she was not called Rhodogunê. But that youth of Nero's actually wore his hair parted, young women attended him whenever he went for a walk, he wore women's clothes, and was forced to do everything else a woman does in the same way. And, to cap the climax, great honours and boundless sums of money were actually offered to anyone who should make him his wife.
It was solely on account of this wantonness of his, however, that he lost his life — I mean the way he treated the eunuch. For the latter in anger disclosed the Emperor's designs to his retinue; and so they revolted from him and compelled him to make away with himself as best he could. Indeed the truth about this has not come out even yet

I don't think you understand this well.
Sporus hasn't written anything about his life. We don't know his internal feelings and we don't know the exact circumstances that led to Nero castrating him, for all that's worth Sporuses dad may have gotten a chunk of money for him and said fuck it, do whatever you want with him. Then the boy was brought to some butcher who cut his cock and balls and was told he's a woman now and better to not complain or else Nero gets angry and does something bad to him(maybe even mentioned what happened to Nero's wife).
After that happened what other options did he have. For years he was paraded around as a woman, he really had two options either just accept it(which he did) or stand on a box, declare that he was forced to do it all and hang himself from shame. He may have as well been an effeminate faggot who liked what happened to him and enjoyed that life, but we don't know that.

Read somewhen that the boys that were cared about got a different treatment than the typical captured slave due to the risk of infection and death. Basically, the boy was drugged into senselessness to prevent shock and then the balls were crushed by some dude that had really strong hands.
