The Three Wise Kings were from Tartessos

Medieval Arabs used too upside down maps.

In picrel you can see Al-Andalus (Peninsula of Atlas) upside down.

Most countries used to make world map using their their countries as centre.
Idea of world map we hold now is due to british.
We follow it still today

He was the heir of Juba II, yes.
But, the wise men were from Comana - where his stepmother Glaphyra was from and which were allies of Caesar. Caesar was the stepfather of Juba II before Augustus took over custody and married Juba II yo Cleopatras daughter.

I understand that there's one in Turkey and two in Spain, all of which are associated with the Hittites in some way.

That is a muslim map, not an ancient hebrew map. In ancient hebrew maps Tarsis (Tartessos) was in the east.

Even the Pope Benedict XVI himself in his book 'Childhood of Jesus' says the Three Wise Kings came from Tarsis / Tartessos in current Huelva (Andalucía, Spain).

Atlas was a pre-Olympian God, a Titan, and first king of Atlantis. What relationship he had with Juba II, a mortal that existed millennia after him?

Atlas happens to also be a king of the... atlas mountains... you know where the berbers live? Juba II was a Massylii berber.
if anyone's got the family and clout to claim heritage from Atlas it is none other than him. He also was the one to name the Canary Islands, plus is the source person for the maps that portray the Nile as also flowing south of the Atlas mountains.
Juba II clowned on the greeks and jews, which is why the "mainstream" don't mention his name despite being at the very center of everything having to do with 50bc-25ad roman history.

Matthew never says there were 3 magi. There's just three named gifts for jesus. There could have been 2 with 3 gifts for 10 with 3 gifts.
The whole point of the story is how gentiles find the messiah via the jewish scriptures, the Magi have to ask herods scribes to learn the prophecy he'll be from bethlehem. It's foreshadowing to the gospel and the gentile church

And, AGAIN, Atlas being Juba is stupid

not what I said, and ibero-maurusians are literally the main genetic component in berbers to this day, so your point is retarded. Just ask if you need help understanding the various ways "son of X" are used.

Traditionally, the wise kings are depicted as one being Indian, one as a Persian and the lady is a Greek. In paintings and the like they are shown that way.

I doubt it. the gospels make Jesus into a Hellenic hero/demigod, but give him the powers of a god. where Odysseus cowers in fear after his companions unwittingly unleash the winds from the bag given to them by Aeolus, Jesus calms the storm (Mark 4:35-41, Luke 8:22-25).
now, many Jews were thoroughly Hellenized by that time. but either way, the authors weren't mere Jews who had learned Greek, but were properly educated in Greek writing and familiar with Greek mythology

Yesn't, by that time Judea had 2 centuries of hellenization, even the peasant jews had some degree of knowledge about Hellenism.
And despite the zealots and other sects, many jews, both nobles and plebs, had no problem seeing Zeus as Yahweh, so Yahweh having a son (Jesus Christ) was normal for many jews and for greeks he would be another son of Zeus.

Zeus was called by jews as Baal Hashem and El Hashamayim ('Lord of Heavens').
