You might be surprised to find there are three persons (hence Tri-nity): the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Three entities sharing one name, as Christ himself:

Anyway, you might argue that the term 'god' or 'God' always refers to one single consciousness or person, which is a popular objection rooted nowhere in the Bible. But as far as the amount of Gods, there is one, hence it's not polytheism.
