Is Cincinnati the only city where there's a persistent, ghettoized white community that lingers on today? Most other whites in the industrial cities suburbanized and became middle class, but in Cincy, Price Hill, the East End, Camp Washington, other places in downtown, still have very large populations of whites almost entirely of Southern Appalachian descent living in generational poverty, with these neighborhoods having higher crime rates too than the rest of the city.

Are there any other cities left in America with genuine white ghettoes?

A lot of areas in Pittsburgh are like this, especially McKees Rocks. This is because a lot of West Virginians migrated there during the steel boom.

Springfield Missouri is too low density but I found the crime, drug and poverty rate interesting for a predominantly white town with collages. Higher violent crime rate than LA which is incredible.
