Why do normies dislike cheating(Wigs, surgery, shoe lifts) and police each other about it, and will not do it even if they can get away with it?
I have been wearing a fucking wig for year and not one woman who got interested in me ever found out it was fake.

make your wig look like hair and not a toupee
make your face surgery subtle and unnoticeable than obvious
