no, according to Christian mythology, Satan isn't powerful at all and is just a seething midwit angel that can't really do anything but subtly tempt people but the people themselves are responsible for their own sinful bullshit and God sending Jesus wasn't to defeat Satan (that was already set in stone from day 1, even if any other humans didn't exist after Adam and Eve) it was an act of mercy out of love for the humans willfully sinning all on their own that God didn't need to do if he didn't want to.
>broke
>thinking Satan is le ultimate big bad evil who is responsible for every bad thing and evil action ever and that humans wouldn't be evil without Satan and that God is fighting Satan in some good vs evil power struggle
>Woke
>realizing that after the fall humans would be evil all on their own even if Satan didn't exist anymore and that Satan is just a floundering retard whose fate is already sealed and there is no heavenly war because God has already won, because he's God

>even though Satan would be aware of this prophecy and do everything he can to avoid said prophecy from ever happening
Satan can't actually do anything though, one of the more eye-opening things to realize about the lore is that it's actually where if Satan directly interferred with the material world and started making humans do things against their own free will or against God-ordained events then God would just vaporize him out of existence instantly. This is why Satan just shows up in the desert to pathetically try to tempt Jesus and then fucks off straight away rather than trying to kill him or anything and why the apostles say things that basically mean you can just tell Satan to fuck off pretty easily and not to be scared of him - because he's just some useless fucktard in reality
>muh iron chariots
that's not what that bit means in Judges. It doesn't say God himself was defeated by iron chariots, just that he's with his people (watching over them) when it happens
