After a year of research (applied autism) I finally cracked the code!
The Egyptian-Persian-Indian-Greek-Roman elite were snake worshiping Sarmatian/Saka warlords who ruled a Eurasian empire through proxy dynasties. Egypt, Persia, India, Greece, Rome, etc., were all under the suzerainty of Aryan Iranian-Scythian elites since at least the 17th century BC. Their base of operation was on the Bosphorus river.
Anatoly Fomenko is right. Western Rome in Italy is a phantom empire that was invented by the Vatican. It was built in the Middle Ages. Rome was originally on the Bosporus river. Julius Caesar's real identity was Asander, King of Bosphorus. Cleopatra was Dynamis, Queen of Bosphorus.
The "As" in Asander comes from the Egyptian name "Asar" which was another name for Osiris, from which the name "Asar-Hapi" (Osiris-Apis), another name for the Graeco-Egyptian god Serapis (Osiris + Apis = Osorapis), derives. The Etruscan word "Aesar" (also spelled Aesus which was pronounced eh-soos/Eh-Zeus/Iesus), meaning god or divine, derives from Asar. The Greek language adds a "K" to foreign words, so Aesar -> Greek Kaesar -> Latin Caesar.
Christ in ancient Egypt = Karast, a person who is anointed as a Heru (Hero/Horus) during their lifetime. When they are deceased they receive a great honor as a KRST or Ausar (Osiris). Egyptian Karast (“Anointed One”) = Greek Christos (“Anointed One”).
Asander's great-grandson was Tiberius Julius Sauromates II, king of Bosphorus (see pic attached). "Saur" = "Lizard/Dragon" + "Matae" = "Men/Warriors". Does he look familiar?
