The only reason people defend the Confederacy is because they're white supremacists racially emasculated and hateful that the Union that served as an anti-slavery liberation force with 200,000 blacks in its ranks against the openly white supremacist South, came to take away the humans they had under bondage for centuries to give them a new chance at life and success that was denied by the radically racist South. States rights or any defense other than racially-based slavery is a smokescreen. The only reason anyone defends the Confederacy is because they hate negroes, are emasculated by even their slightest success, want negroes to suffer and want a fantasy society where they are dominated by whites and not the no nonsense uncontrollable free individuals they are today

Despite racism and other moral or ideological stuff, weren't they acting in the real spirit of what was supposed to be the Union of States of America?
