The Catholic Church was right to restrict access to the Bible. Normies are too retarded to interpret it correctly.

Prove me wrong.

I'd be willing to bet a super majority of Christians, even those in positions of authority in say the Catholic Church, Orthodox Church, or your various local Protestant ministers have never read the fucking thing back to front. Ever.

No, those very much have ready the Bible.

I agree with you that most Christians don't read the Bible though. Though I don't fault them much for it, I've read it and it's a fucking behemoth of a book.

I'm not talking about access to the Bible today, you massive retard. I'm talking about the past, prior to the printing press.

of course you're right for before the printing press. why would you let a normie have a book that took the better part of a year to copy? and not just that, but they probably couldn't read it, and if they did, read it incorrectly like how retards today post quotes out of context.

it's really no wonder protestantism took off when it did.

Nope. It was always God's plan to share knowledge of him to every language of the world so that everyone could have a chance to learn rigtheousness and please God.

I agree. Scientists and atheists claim that the bible says the world is flat and its wrong, as if it is otherwise.

Do you think it's impossible to read a 1500 page book in 4 years?

I have a Catholic Bible (which has 7 more books than Protestant Bibles), it's only 1,200 pages long, I read 10 pages a day, it takes me just 4 months to read it from cover to cover.
