Is it true that GDP itself is more important than GDP per capita?
A country with a huge GDP and a low GDP per capita will always be more powerful than a country with a small GDP but a huge GDP per capita?
Gdp per Capita doesn't matter at all?

I was told that GNP or GNI and wealth disparity (gini ratio) were way more important regardless, but GNP/I per capita would probably be a good indicator of what life is like in terms of wealth.
