He may well have if he was not injured during the Munich Putsch. His IQ tested at the Nuremburg trials after forcing him to diet and get off the morphine cold turkey was 140, he was a famous fighter pilot and if he were more lucid perhaps he would be competent as supreme commander in the inevitable rematch. He also didn't seem to care much about da jooz and Hitler's nonsense, so maybe wouldn't make quite so many enemies with excessive belligerence. He might have kept the US out of the war, perhaps also the USSR, just set up Germany as the hegemon of continental Europe and force Britain into accepting ceasefire by assisting Italy and threatening their colonies then securing his regime permanently by developing the atom bomb with the help of Einstein who would have no reason to stay in America in this timeline.

Didn't he hate the upper class and industrialists? I think his idea of a Second National Socialist Revolution would have led to a civil war. I think he could win that, but Germany wouldn't be able to achieve superpower/expansionist status for a long time.
