This is &humanities and I have a genuine question about WHY not IF different groups have different IQs.

Wouldn't it be important to select for high IQ in all environments on Earth? Don't give me some retarded non-answers like

But that's the big reason though. The selection for intelligence is mostly a byproduct for the selection for diligence and temperance. There's a significant correlation between intelligence and impulse control and ability to delay gratification.

It's not the entire story, but it gets us most of the way there.

What people fail to understand is what we typically categorize as a "sub 80 IQ African porch ape" in his native environment is an otherworldly genius, and in complete flawless control of his environment, compared to literally every other animal. Everything anyone has ever argued in in terms of discrepancies in intelligence has sat on the pinhead of a 5-15 iq point difference.
You and other people will say, "well shouldn't the environment select for higher iqs?" What the fuck does this mean in context? The most successful hominid was Homo Erectus; they lasted nearly 2-3 million years and had a material culture of less than a dozen times (sharp rock, fiber bag, animal skin cloak, and a couple sharp sticks) and that's all it really takes to take over the world. Nature selected us for our ability to dig & plant tubers, sharpen sticks, wear animal hides, and pick shellfish, anything else we see out of people is an odd exception or otherwise painstakingly cultivated through intense social conditioning.

But it's not about it being ALL, it's about there being a correlation. Impulse control is very much correlated with intelligence.

So? Material conditions and stressors have an impact on height, physical strength, general health, etc. You need to be resilient to overcome selective pressures, if you aren't nature will weed you out.

And besides, if anything experiencing poverty often makes people better savers and more frugal, and an abundance mentality makes people frivolous. There's a reason the silent generation were more tempered than the boomers.

They did the same basic black bitch math examples with retarded kids from Nigeria and found of they were just as good as White kids, or close to it, if they altered the test to match what the black kids knew. Incidently, if they gave the same test that the black kids did well on, the White kids didn't do as well.
