If God exists then He can by exercise of His omnipotent power cause me to know with certainty that He exists. If God cannot do this, then He is not omnipotent. If He is not omnipotent, then He is not what theists mean by "God". Therefore, there are absolutely only 2 possibilities
1. If God exists, then it is possible to know with certainty that God exists, therefore agnosticism is false
2. It is certain that God does not exist, therefore agnosticism is false
Agnosticism is logically impossible

It is moving the goalposts to speak of certainty with regard to knowledge and then speak of certainty as a feeling. Likewise positing an irrational feeling of doubt rather than objective doubt is moving the goalposts and irrelevant. The latter is possible to eliminate in this life, not necessarily the former.
