Brazil hosted a US navy base till the Bush admin pulled out from there and also they gave us access (supposedly) to down ufo technology which crashed in their airspace.

That makes Israel a better ally than them on this principle alone. That arguably puts them on-par with the Philippines at least, because the Philippines also helps enable US foreword bases in the Pacific
