Yeah, "demons" don't exist. This is a big problem when reading the New Testament. The words "Satan", "Lucifer", "Demons", "Fallen Angel", "Devil", are NOT in the Torah. Moses NEVER mentioned them. The word "devils" might be in some Torah translations, but it's a reference to idols, not the offspring of Satan.
So, why did Moses write two entire books on the Law, but never bothered to mention that we are battling hypergalactic fallen angels who fell from heaven? Because, this is 1st century Pharisaic Gnostic literature that Jesus was battling during His ministry. The word "Satan" is an untranslated Hebrew word that was never properly translated into Greek, nor was it translated into English. They purposely left it in Hebrew, then slapped it with a capital "S" to make it an entity.
The Jewish Gnostics and Pharisees teach that an evil angel named "Samael" is the evil guardian angel of Roman Europeans, and he is known as "Satan" and "Lucifer". Ask yourself, why does the word "Lucifer" only show up one time in the Bible, and why is it a pure LATIN word that was purposely left in Latin and slapped with a capital "L"? The Old Testament came from the Jewish Masoretic Bible.... how did a Latin word find its way into an English Bible?
When "Satan" or the "Adversary" first shows up in the Bible, in the book of Job, he is not a rebel, he is God's loyal servant who obeys every word God says. The entity that we call "Satan" is not evil, he serves God with pure loyalty.
The story of "Satan" or "Lucifer" rebelling, is found in Rabbinical folklore and the Quran. It's not in the Torah. MEN are the enemies in the Bible. Gnostics use fallen angels and demons as scapegoats, when the real enemies are man-made doctrines, Gnostics and Pharisees.
