Why haven't regions inhabited by 100% white people left behind great structures/works? Okay, Rome and Egypt were white (theory), but what about the actual white regions? Why didn't Christian missionaries see the great Scandinavian pyramids there? Why did even the ancient Indians (Olmecs) leave behind cool buildings?

Mostly low crop yields, but also lack of general cultural and possibly genetic development that usually follows when a region becomes affluent.
Northern europe got better as agricultural practices and crops adapted to the climate and the people got more civilized in turn.
