Proof for this? Look no further than the Greeks. Today they are quite a dimwitted people. Their IQ score averages even drop into the 80s in some studies. Yet a mere 2000 years or so ago they were considered the most intelligent people on the planet. What gives? Genetic studies show clear continuity between current and ancient Greeks.
The same thing can be observed with Egyptians.
And in reverse with Britons and Germans whom in ancient times were considered imbecilic barbarians incapable of learning but today we can clearly see the opposite being true.

"Scientific racism" cannot explain these differences, least without endless meandering about migrations and ruling elites which historical and genetic data clearly disproves.

It becomes very apparent therefore that intelligence is not linked to race, but a product of cultural developments and socio-economic factors.

Luckily for racists the browns are indeed overrepresented in crime, however even the non-violent browns, like Filipinos, get targeted (in Eastern Europe and Northern Ireland recently).
Of course anti-immigration sentiment would still exist if it were only law-abiding browns like Filipinos immigrating. It's about skin color, but on a deeper level it's because demographic change in general is alienating and uncomfortable. But you can't just say that outright because I guess it sounds shallow or something, so you have to point out the secondary negative effects of immigration like crime, housing prices, falling wages, national security etc.

Racism is performative. It simply goes down to does that person make me feel comfortable or uncomfortable. The definition of phobia is fear, so hate of a group is often labeled as "oh you're just scared of X" and it doesn't sound true. I'm not scared of anyone, I'd like to believe, most people bully those weaker than themselves, how can it be fear? But truth is, why bully someone if they don't make you uncomfortable and this can be as simple as they made eye contact with you for a moment and you didn't like it. And in just that one moment, you've built up this dynamic in our heads of this person is an enemy. It's just basic Human nature and our intelligence is just ourselves justifying it. Like how many times have you seen two dogs bark at each other and think how dumb they must be. They don't even understand what the barks mean beyond aggressive posturing. But we understand that we don't like that person and will find any reason no matter how trivial to make it make sense.

When walking down a street, its nice to see an elderly white couple. But seeing an elderly indian or asian couple, its like great now we're overextending our healthcare. It's a false reason, why am I focused on our healthcare system at one couple but not another. Or getting annoyed when an immigrant has an annoying accent, like how dare they not speak my language perfectly. If you are committed to being racist or sexist etc, I don't think anyone would deny there are better representatives of the races or sexes that are worth making you feel uncomfortable. For example, a Black female doctor, that woman provides enough value to justify her uncomfortableness to stay in the room with you. It would make no sense to send her away when she only brings benefit. But this point also justifies slavery, because why if we hate these races so, why make them live with us? Because they bring benefit in some usable form. So as you can justify hate(which is really uncomfortableness) you can justify tolerance.

It was never actually the case that they were imbicilic, that was just Greco-Roman chauvinism.
