World War II was kind of the grand finale of conventional warfare. Every war since has been proxy wars in the third world since a war between two major powers would probably go nuclear.

In what type of scenario do you think the next nuclear bomb will be used?

You doesn't launch a nuclear bomb by accident. It takes many people to be aware of it.

This is a retard thread by tard op. WW2 was not that important. No physical evidence for battle of stalingrad.
There was one event in WW2 that was interesting. Kursk. Entire rest of the war was not a "conventional conflict between peers". Most of the war was insurgency and infantry faggotry that his loves to discuss.
Real tank warfare has never been tried. The tanks available in WW2 were not numerous enough or large enough to decide the war. Jets were not really used. Battleships were barely used. Wikipedia had a edit war to hide Yamato sinking itself.
What would be necessary is nuclear warfare.
