250k or 10.7MM, you still need to filter for people that are ACTUALLY interested in the humanities and live in conditions that allow them to pursue their passion. That pretty much reduces the number by 90%. It's 25000 people realistically, and a million people who are maybe interested in the things those 25k people are doing.

No. The world is full of musicians and artists that have made incredible contributions to their respective fields without being particularly academically accomplished or show signs of being noticeably above average in terms of intelligence.
