But they did openly publish strong anti-christian newspaper articles and books with their NSDAP publishers.

Never happened. But they did mention the idea prior to Hitler assuming control of the NSDAP, defining it as christianity without the jewishness (ie. which leaves nothing), never to develop it further.

They published many things on the matter. You just haven't read them.
And anyone who claims to be a scholar and a teacher on the topic and hasn't sought out and read or even perused these very famous and accessible sources is clearly running an agenda.
