See above, this being a good thing but the Irish turning on the US Army doesn't make much sense.

The worst that ever came from Ireland were civilian casualties during rebellions or revolutions-in all of these cases, they rarely (if ever, unless I'm mistaken) managed to kill more innocents than the regime they rebelled against. I wouldn't say "innocent" for sure, but probably a step above "shady."
