I've read that paper before. My points rest. Yes like I said there were nordic looking Easterners they wanted to Germanize according to their race theories (15% of Poles, 35% of Ukrainians, to 50% of Estonians) as well as certain minority ethnic groups like the Gorals they believed descended from lost Germanic tribes. But the plan for the majority of the Eastern European population was an undoubtedly bleak one involving slavery, mass murder, and ethnic cleansing.

If they were going to Germanize 90% of Eastern Europe you might have an argument for this line of reasoning. And that would still result in a cultural genocide of those populations.
