Stalin organised bank robberies. He was, instead of execution, exiled to far off Siberia, where he got a 13-year-old pregnant. Neither he nor his friends ever won an election; however, he had money and connections abroad enough to be continually resupplied in the civil war and the desire to rape and pillage enough to terrify the peasantry into silence. Today many communists on 4chan venerate him because his forces defeated Hitler, though of course Hitler was out of his or anyone's league as a true man of the people.
