Most SA people are mixed and they get along just fine, some are pure indians and they get LOTS of benefits from the state (at least in Chile and Argentina) and those with euro sourname usually have more money and power but that's about it, there's classism in south america because there used to be a casta system, but it doesn't compare with the racial tension in USA or england
