Western ""Anatolian"" Greeks are a Balkan people who settled in Turkey in the 19th century.

This is why they have Slavic heritage but the native Turks of the region don't have much.

The trvvke is that Ancient Greeks and Macedonians were similar to North-Eastern Europeans. They weren't like modern "Macedonian" brownoids

Include another population for indo european, in these I think if you just put Ukrainian it transfers all the indo european into it because Mycenaean and Anatolian Hittite don’t have much of it.

But probably yeah Izmir Greeks included migrants from Greece and local ones and locals mixed with the Balkan migrants

Don't know the regional history between about 250 BC and 2025 but I've seen some super high slavic levels in western Turks before and I've seen people in western Turkey who look exactly like Slavs. Not in person but online out and about on the internet. Not sure that's due to Greeks there.

Don't remember. One was on airbnb because I was going to go there, had a Turkish name and was the color of snow and Slave Slav, looked British actually. They all look alike don't they? Then I've seen g25 runs where there's strong slavic input, in commercial results too if you have a look around where Turkish people post their commercial test results.
