US crime rate - especially violent crime rate - in general has lowered substantially from the peak of late 70s to early 90s. I'm pretty sure narcotics related non-violent crime is the only type of crime that has actually increased in the grand scheme of things.

There was a solution, implemented successfully at the beginning. Non whites do not get rights, they aren't people, and when they do crime against whites they get publicly hung by the neck until dead. This simple strategy puts the fear of God in the heart of the negro, and causes them to act right in spite of their natural inclinations to do otherwise.

Groids are the essential backbone of the Prison Industrial Complex and thus are propagandized from birth to be as abrasive to the law as possible and have a contrarianism against everything Western, even the good practices. This is further enforced by racism and higher in-group biases, meaning that even if a negro is a detriment to those around him, generally other Blacks. The moment he find himself in the spotlight of Whites, no matter how terrible of a person he is, or how better off society at large is without him, he will be defended to no end. America provides nothing to anyone. Not even it's own citizens. The government, corporations, and police simply don't care. They don't live with the consequences of criminality.
American capitalism benefits from crime in many ways. Cop/prison unions can make a stronger case to expand their budget and corporations can profit off the counter culture by commercialized their fashion and music.
The people i pn power don't have to care because they live in the suburbs away from everything in their own little world

We invented suburbs and now white people just dont live in places where there is black crime. It's not an elegant solution but it works fairly effectively.

There are tons of suburbs that are overrun with crime and drugs, though. You just want white enclaves, which could just as easily be an immense, futuristic tower, a rural town, or anything else that can be built. Suburbs used to symbolize wealth and redlining, but those days are long gone.
