I agree. There are clear underlying issues to tackle first, and the eyes can easily be chalked up to style. It's hard to crit when the drawing isn't finished. so this was more for my warmup than anything.

This 1 character needs most work. I tried to "red line", but ended up just redrawing it. I dont do pure anime, so I doubt it'll help you much beyond what you already know. Just keep going, I guess.

Nice, you ever heard of "bloom"?
You can do it manually by selecting the highlights layer shape or taking the shape of your shadows, inverting it and selecting the non-shadow area. Copy that, paste it over lines layer and gaussian blur it. Then overlay it (sometimes you don't need to use a blending mode), then play with the layer opacity and color to see what fits.

Here it was regular hard round. No bells and whistles except the pen pressure on size was set to a minimum of 50% (it doesn't taper as much). I used quite high stabilization though (15 in clipstudio)

You're right, it is a different pose. Its a lot clearer now, breast and shoulder are good and you're hands are great . Good stuff. Ill probably stop advising you after this, I think my style negatively affects the advice I'm giving you, but take from it what you will.
If you're burned, take a break. You'll see everything clearer. Good progress though.
However -
1. Your crotches are more visible than they should be. on left most and right most charas. IMO, they should be more buried them between the thighs, although I know you're drawing slender anime figures, they're still too apparent.
2. Also I still feel like the 3 dimensionality around right-side girl's hips is missing.

Nice. Would like to see what it might look like if you masked some of the line of her left cheek to match the length of her right jaw line which stops before the cheek starts(just cause its behind her hair and also might help with readability as that line is cutting through the shape of her hair).

Also try darkening her chin/jaw lines a bit so they're more distinguished from her neck

If I were to apply a line weight hierarchy to this and ranked thickness as importance, her shoulders would be at the top as they're the thickest rn.

I think it'd help this piece a bunch if the face, tits, and tummy were at the top of that hierarchy instead (had the thickest lines or at minimum on par with her shoulders)

You are not the worst /beg/ artist I've ever seen by a long shot, but there are things that could of course be improved upon. In no particular order:
>torso is shortened, it feels like she's missing an entire 30% of her abdomen
>breasts have strange extra fat fold
>lips unfortunately look more like she got stung by a bee rather than the "luscious dsl" look
>breasts do not have a general teardrop shape and instead look bolted on
>areola isn't nicely circular, you have a random bulge going on there
>right breast (her left) has its end point way too close to the sternum, should be moved outwards more
>hands need work, the right hand (her left) somehow has five fingers yet no opposable thumb
>right hand (her left) seems to be just placed there with her arm clipping through her body

That said, I actually weirdly don't mind the hair. I think it's fine for where you're at, and you did a decent job shading it. Keep it up anon, you can do this. Don't let yourself get down.

I do prefer forward presenting mons pubis and exterior vaginal lips. Its kind of a influence from yoshikadu hamada because I really like the way he draws them. With bold pussy slips just feels too plain to me, I wanted more "structures" in that area, which is ironic because of how loose my construction is recently. lol

It was just a warm up sketch so I didn't put much thought into working out the details. I'm practicing the faces in 3/4 where you can hardly see the farthest eye, but looking at it well the eyes still look very strange.

Look, your style works within the boundaries you have set.
You can push it much further if you integrate common anatomy and form knowledge.
Your pose only plays with the torso’s tilt, very little with the twist and lean of the rib cage and pelvis boxes.
The result is a very lifeless cartoonish pose and if that’s what you are shooting for then good work.
It is nice, but if you want people to find this attractive you can go much further than this

i actually have seen this with one of my drawfren

This is my suggestion.
The problem I see with the head is that different elements on it seem to follow different perspective lines. Like, the eyes seem to be seen from the side or even a bit from the top, while the ears look like it's a slight lower view. The rest of the skull is from a straight on side view.
I also addressed the body proportions a bit. It seems like her shoulders are a bit too wide, while her lower body is too small. I might be wrong on this.
The best part of your drawing are her feet imo.

Your should focus on your fundamentals. Anatomy and perspective most of all. Btw, if you do that, you won't have issues with trying to draw men. All you're gonna need will be RL references of men.

Right now it's not that you can't draw men by keeping focus on your female protagonists, because this is some kind of separate knowledge you still haven't acquired. You are just not skilled enough at drawing in general. Honing your fundamentals is going to fix this.
What you need is mileage, not specific advice.

Look up how other artists do it.
You have got three options usually.
Disembodied cocks, this is when you mainly care about the woman's pose, usually use this for full nelson, blowjob focus etc.
Faceless male, bust up. Useful for groping, kissing, breast play, paizuri and other illustrations where you want the viewer to be more immersed.
Full bodied male, well, this might go better with a simple background to fit everything together. You usually bother yourself with drawing a male character to this depth when you have multiple girls interacting with him.
In your piece, since you have gone with a gloryhole like setting, disembodied cocks can work since the appeal lays in the anonymity of those standing behind, amplifying the female character's slut factor.
Adding more here would take away from the main focus, you may want to apply these ideas to another piece.
Or also not apply them at all, it is your choice.

I don't know how to nail that stongfat look I see on some characters (yes, I know it's unrealistic but i like it sometimes). I want to communicate that she's gotten physically softer with age and retirement, but she used to be involved in a very physical line of work so I was thinking of making her arms more muscular maybe? She'll also be a lot more scarred up.

Good idea, although it's hard to find anything of retired older women bodybuilders at neutral. usually they're mid lift or something. Best I could find is becca swanson but she still actively lifts and most of her things are from when she was younger but I'll keep looking.

For what I've seen from other artists that combine the Venus bodytype with muscle in a way I find appealing, I noticed that they add implications of musculature around the knee area where the quads might connect and add definition to the delts/upper pectorals. They also add more definition to the forearms. I'm not the biggest fan of the retarded abs combined with the bellyfat look, so I'll probably leave that out.
