I think the difference in quality going from trad to digital might be from a change in your tempo caused by the difference in texture/tactile feedback. You might be pressing down too hard or too light. Find whatever pressure best enables you to make bold lines and feel the form.
Also, aside from all that, you still can’t see in 3d. Make that a priority.

How am I doing? started 5 months ago, using a screenless tablet atm and drawing mainly from my imagination so the poses are kinda funky. She's supposed to be the same character
