Serious question- how come Indians haven't completely taken over the NSFW art scene like the Latinx's have....?

It just dawned on me that I have never commissioned a single Indian in my entire life and I can't really find any( that DON'T just prompt AI) on social media despite them being everywhere.

I remember reading somewhere that artistic pursuits are heavily frowned upon in indian society compared to say, tech, medical, engineering, etc - this would probably explain every doctors office smells of curry; their industry is too competitive in their home country, so it doesn't pay as well as it could if that weren't the case (on top of the fact that we ourselves don't produce enough doctors).
It's interesting if is that the case, when they have they're own booming domestic film industry (since it's obviously a type of art), and it's not like they didn't love the visual arts historically; their art was highly influential during the psychedelic period.

There was this super influential Indian artist I used to follow back in the early 2000's
He drew these creepy /cute pictures of cartoon kids dying in funny ways like giant icecream people eating children, or a skeleton in a closet with a caption that says "timmy was so good at hide and go seek we never found him" - and the occasional very realistic drawing of women

Then one day he just deleted everything from his deviantart and just did calligraphy- explaining creating pictures of humans was against his religion

It has to do with the poverty of the Indian country. When a nation becomes more wealthy, they put more effort into artmaking. Cause East Asia also loves their doctors and engineers but they make some of the best art today.

TLDR; Its the same reason why Koreans are gods in every competitive game they touch; they LITERALLY have no other option.

Imagine this, youre a korean and you want to get into competitive gaming, but youre told since you were 0 years old that thats a nono and your parents would rather you kill yourself then try again with another kid, so what do you do? Caste mentality and indian religions cause this.
Large swathes of Indian culture is the most deterministic in belief of any notable countries. If you are born low caste you are stuck there and you can't do anything about it, because you will always be looked down upon. It's why there's so many scammers, they quite literally do not believe they can actually improve their standing in life and a lot see that they might as not bother doing "honest work" if it means they're going to have a worse life. Then they either do other shit to make up for it so they get reincarnated better, or they go harder because they gave up and would be fine living as a roach in the next life. Also, even outside the caste distinctions, Buddhism in particular is all about just enduring suffering so a lot of retards just go "well I guess this is my limit" and turn to maximizing the earning potential of their situation rather than trying to improve.

The UK is similar at a glance but nowhere near as fucking bad as India is. It's to the point that any social media company that realizes its gaining a significant userbase of pajeets starts putting "caste" in their anti-discrimination TOS/COC.
