I'll just watch all the tutorials until I'm confident my first drawing I ever attempt will be godlike.

This is an interesting syllogism but ultimately wrong. A tutorial can teach you not merely what to draw but how to do it. So even if you've been unable to draw what you see up until that point, it can show you how to get you there. And it most likely won't magically get you *all* the way there, but a piece of information in the right direction is necessarily learning.
