Soz if this question seems out of place, but does anyone know about a course, tutorial or anything about post processing?

These splashes made by Riot are done with an entire team and an art director and it can also take weeks to be finished, but i feel like the post processing and effects plays a big role on them, i can do painting or drawing just fine, but i feel like i could up my game by knowing these post processing and effects techniques.

I also think that a good knowledge about photography helps a ton. Anyway, this is about it, pretty much.

I don't like Krenz for a beg because you miss information, you'll be frustrated and you'll drop it. If you search on bilibili total begs start with a simpler and grinding course from krenz (It's not the same as the kindergarten leaked) or the one by victor cloux then they move to the krenz perspective.
The fastest way to go from beg to pro it's by drawing 8h+ as long as you follow a good instructor, there's no magic course that will do it for you.

I prefer TC Chen over Tenten but both are very good as long as you know perspective.

For a beg, you need to learn to observe and form a routine first, it will be much easier with an instructor. Yes, you can do it by yourself but it will take you more time. If you started at a very young age by just copying (like the most mangakas and animators) then you already have that. BTW animation it's not the same as drawing, you need to know to draw before doing animation, Richard Williams talk about that.

No you don't, that's why you have 3D animation, 2D puppets like Flash, claymation/stop motion..
It's a different skill that have nothing to do with drawing, there's principles to animation, and drawing is one of those principles but you can make animation without using all of them, or most of them, including drawing.
BTW Richard Williams was a great animator but his animation theories are basic stuff, most of it that you bend or break because they're "stiff"
It's really obvious that you're using him as an authority figure on the subject to prove your point but it's also obvious that you know nothing about animation, stick to drawing anon.

Yes, understanding form will help you with everything, other guy is wrong.
If you learn this eventually you won't even have to render it in order for it to be shaped (in your head), and be able to choose the little lines and shading needed for your desired style.

I really don't understand when people say "Loomis doesn't help", or "Vilppu's meaty style doesn't combine with mine", as an artist you only benefit from learning more and more and increasing your mental library and muscle memory, even if you do not actively use it (that is render it) you will still learn to imagine it and that simple process helps you with stylization. It's why the best stylized artists always learned realistic/extreme anatomy first, that way they learn how to stylize everything and make it look appealing.
