Looks like you're off to a great start. Keep in mind that the rotation of the rib cage and pelvis are opposed during walking/running, i.e. when the right leg is advancing, the left arm is also advancing and the right arm is in retreat, and vice-versa.

You might wanna. do another pass later. on that outline, especially on the back.
The ass looks nice but on the front end of the pelvis box it is missing the ASIS[Anterior superior iliac spine], which I feel you tried to suggest underneath that box shape.
The gesture is really good, but now that I look at it carefully the whole placement of the pelvis box is off, you end up with the snake like torso effect.
Overall it's a good sketch. just needs some small tweaks before you take it further.

Good luck! The ability to simplify forms os very powerful, you can control the level of detail of your work and redirect the viewer's attention to where you want.
You could probably solve things by moving things around with the lasso tool, very easy to do this kind of correction at such an early stage

the condescending look isn't there: the scribble is looking down on the viewer, almost in disregard or contempt, maybe a little of surprise or questioning mixed in as well
the hand barely holding the cigarette pointing down is a sign of security and confidence in its own loose grip
the tail loops the picture as in it points back at itself so the viewer can go through the picture once again

the redraw is just looking up at the viewer from the bottom, which is a stereotypical human way of showing envy or feeling threatened (look it up)
the cigarette is being held straight, pressing on the filter, which no woman would do as to not get the smell of smoke on her hand, since cigarettes also emit more smoke from both ends if they're held horizontally, it shows insecurity and inexperience in its own grip
the tail breaks the picture by pointing at nothing

i mean it's just an attempt of redrawing it "better" but fails to understand the origin by lacking in observation and failing to even input any real meaning

I would call it a biased opinion, because instead of focusing on the particular artwork, you try to make it a competition between the two artworks. You're focusing on WHAT YOU BELIEVE the artist's intentions where when drawing the artwork, instead of objectively criticizing art fundamentals.
For all you know Orta might have just wanted to redraw a cool character, not having a competition with the original artist by trying to make the original idea read better.

Given the benefit of doubt (which is foolish mind you) and this is just their stance on work that has "Meaning" vs work that "Lacks meaning" feels like an extremely personal and subjective stance. Hi. I'm the anon who's been creating the /sex/ thread. I'd just like to clear up a few things, if you'll allow me to. I appreciate it.
First, it's been a privilege gathering (most of) everyone's artwork within the /sex/ threads for almost two years now, creating a montage of collective ideas by porn artists from all around the world. I put them together this way to show community together, just like other generals do. I saw other generals come together and thought, why not /sex/ too?
Second, I changed the general thread's name from /sex/ to /SALT/ because it needed to be its own stand alone general; not, be affiliated with any other general on this board. /sex/ felt a more appropriate name.
Third, I wait until the thread reaches page 7 or 8 before I create a new one to give a chance should any artists upload their work a little late. Drawing porn isn't easy, it takes a while. I try my best to respect that little extra time by waiting before I make the collective montages, now that threads move slow after their bump limit. Everyone should have a chance to be showcased.
My purpose for creating the /sex/ threads the way I do is really simple. Even though some think I'm doing it for the sake of my ego, I'm not.
It's for all of you, the artists, to showcase doing something you love. Thanks.
