He has his fundamentals down pat, so rather than invent some pornified nightmare he simply uses realistic, somewhat idealized body shape then carefully alters the proportions a little.

Porn artists lack a sound knowledge of anatomy and their skills/sensibility don't allow them to draw the sorts poses that truly evoke a sense of eroticism. That is why they usually rely on overblown proportions that only appeal to other low-standard cumbrains.
